Catch up on FOOD!

Ive been slacking and saving up all my food pics so here we go.

New Years Day dinner- smoked and then slow roasted prime rib, horseradish mashed potatoes, sauteed snow peas and of course.. Blackeyed peas for good luck! Paired with Hansom Cabernet Sauvignon- FANTASTIC!!




Caesar salad in the fabulous new bowl we got from a great friend!


Herb roasted Cornish hen

Pan seared scallops in a little white wine and lemon butter sauce, served over parmesan risotto.
