Dinner at Chaz at The Raphael Hotel

Greens and fennel salad with citrus and white balsamic vinaigrette

Medium rare duck breast in a... cinnamon, caramel BACON sauce over fingerling potatoes! One of the best things Ive eaten in .. forever! Paired with J. Wilkes Pinot Noir.

Chaz' mac and cheese with 5 cheeses and .... BACON (Do you see a theme here?)


Prime, center cut filet mignon, medium rare over potato boulangere and wild mushrooms

House made lemon blueberry tart with lemon curd, fresh blueberry compote and frozen vanilla yogurt

House made milk chocolate ice cream and flourless chocolate torte with salted caramel cashews
