Dinner for one
Hubby was out playing sax tonight so I made a salad with lots of great veggies and grilled some tuna, topped with a shallot vinaigrette. Served with Hofstatter Alto Adige Pinot Grigio.
Really fresh and crisp- perfect with the salad and fish!
