Hubbys birthday dinner at home




His favorite- Applewood grilled duck breast with a cherry/soy sauce and parmesan polenta. This might have been the biggest duck breast Ive ever seen! Enough for ALL! Paired with Andrew Will Cabernet Sauvignon, 2008.

He also requested my cheesecake so I made that with a hot blueberry lemon topping.
